Still, it's just to do this:
If you haven't made .iwd files to always open up with winrar or somenthing similiar then;
1. Right click
2. Press open with
3. Select winrar
4. Extract all the files

Or just:
1: Open with win-rar/zip
2: Open the IWD
3: Make a new folder somewhere (Not in the rar/Zip File)
4: Drag and Drop the file. (maps - [The Folder])
5: And your done.

now place the folder you created in the Mw2 Lib Mods Folder
