Just download them, and then mount the .iso with one of the programs. Each method might be a little different, but they all involve setting a virtual drive and mounting the iso to it.

Ive never used it myself, Ive just used Magic Iso and daemon tools. I was just listing off some programs that would work from the top of my head.

I downloaded some torrent and they were like, use alcohol 120, so i was like / and it just didn't mount, just added like 5 extra drives that when you try to mount it's like, this driver doesn't exist.
