That quad core black edition will not work on a laptop since it is for a desktop.
You laptop will not support a quad core Just a dual core rated a 3.20 ghz with 1mb cache due to it's power supply.
one 82c is bad laptop is running hot prob due to fans/dust/heatsink paste.
Do a little springs cleaning in your laptop.
other then that Single Cores WILL NOT RUN CA QUITE GOOD.
Everyone should at least have a dual core if not where the hell have you been?
Recommended specs for ca should be as follow not the one CA has posted which quite frankly there don't even know computers.
Dual Core With at least 512mb cache
graphic with at least 512mb ddr2
2gb of ram ddr1 ddr2 ddr3 doesn't really matter cause your CPU will be doing all the work.
