I know you guys are pro so here is another thing to look for or think about.
Long ass time ago like 1.5 or 2 years ago i saw only few people with this hack.

Hack: Take someone else name so you don't get kicked. I saw like a guy first start opking on one my teammates name, then my name and then left. I know it was a hack because there was not any black chipers back then, it was just simple chams that i had.
