Only if you get caught. If your hacking but look legit they don't ban you. anyways nexon dont need that game guard. sometimes GHOST (GM) are in-game watching you. If they find something suspicious you'll get suspended/banned without knowing it

NexonGuard in the BlackCipher folder detects hacks how ever if ur just good like me u know how to bypass that and how to keep ur ingame name concealed so you cant be banned!

I think Nexon Guard is what caught me. Banned me right at the log in screen. I haven't tried hacking since the patch though, this nexon guard has been around longer :P
