A question and a possible request.

Hello everyone. I was wondering and have been for a while if there is a way to modify and/or hack Vindictus to gain an increase of FPS? I'm not a coding genius, so I'm not sure if what I am asking is stupid or not.

I've read about how the Source Engine Vindictus uses is poorly optimized, and that sparked my interest. I thought that there might be a way to increase optimization through hacks or mods. Is there a way? And if so, how?

    Thank you for your time,
    ~Shiro!

Lowest Settings. It's the best FPS+ hack out there.

You can set the game to DX8 & customize everything to the lowest settings, you might also be able to get your GPU to force it down even lower.

It can handle it to an extent, it has trouble once I party up with another 3+ players. And I can't stand the terrible graphics DX8 provides. Thus, my question.

Give your computer specs and I'll tell you what you need to do to make it better.

EDIT2: You don't fall under minimum specs to run Vindictus either, here's the minimum you'd need:
    Minimum: Single Core 2.4 GHz
Minimum: NVIDIA GeForce 5xxx series or equivalent

wait what.. i'm trying to lower my fps lol

i forced AO, turned up AA to 32x CSAA, turn up texture filtering, gamma correction, and w.e i can turn up in the control panel. i like my games at 50 fps

right now it's not there yet... i donno what else i can turn up, already turned up everything, might turn to setup nvidia 3d see if that lowers it
