and they scam, for example, i bought with sms 995 rp and then i saw i payed it, but i didnt reveiced it and i contacted them and they said: we dont believe u, we think ur scamming about your payment.

WoW and eve = unstable servers..
champs get balanced becouse on the Dev servers, theres not as much people coming up with builds that pwn....

now, if theres say, 20 million accounts, and say, 6 million are active.
how many people are oing to say they bought something that they dident?

not scamming on there side, just not enough proof on your side....
(not sure how much proof you get, but usuly get send an email and an sms as verification with info just incase)

All champs when released are OP, so people will be interested in buying them, then they get balanced in the next patch, for example, Vayne, Rumble (still kinda OP), Irelia, etc.

Actually, did you know that there is a code you can enter while the timer is going off to immediately bypass the wait time? I've heard it's an edited version of the Konami code.

I hate people that do what you just did there. Make comments that 90% of the people reading it will take one way, and only after its taken that way (which you had to have known it would be), you explain you didn't mean it that way. Why not just be more articulate in the first place?
