    Oh, and when it comes to ATI buy SAPPHIRE or ASUS, too many companies use custom PCB -_-

    How is that a bad thing? Usually they do so for a reason, I've never seen custom cards perform worse than the reference ones

    Unless he's stuck with some extremely old board he should have at least one pcie x16 slot capable of running a normal gfx card
