how does the new event for the 1year Azazel work?

I just want to know how that new event works cause i find it very confusing.
and... do i need to spend any nx on it to get that Azazel for 1year?

u have to get enough tags to spell out COMBAT ARMS...
then u use NX to buy the new case...and it might give u a 3RD tag
If u have all of them then u can get the new gun for 90 days or a year
