Yea, it SHOULD be perm but Nexon is cheap and make you work for a 1 day item.

These are the elite items which are better then the normal ones. It can be 1,3,or 7 days. The perm ones are on July 9,10,and 11th Less stats then the elite versions..

Cap - 7% Speed
Face Dana - 30% Sprint
Backpack - 3 slots, -5% (green clan backpack, pretty much)

You get the NON elite version on..
July 9th - Backpack
July 10th - Cap
July 11th - Dana

The non elite versions have less stats then the elite versions but there perm
