Like Dakota said, the random lines over the render is distracting.

You should try to blend your render by changing its colors by filters.

Also, try looking up some text tutorials. One thing you should never do is place your text on one of the corners. Good effort. KIU.

Bestiality is frowned upon in several cultures. The blue diagonal lines across his face are distracting. Also, its quite blurry. The effect you did behind him is quite novice, do something else next time. Experiment..

That's a safe way to go. I usually just experiment and see what goes and what doesn't.
If you need some help try using Color Circles or Color Schemes.

Right now at your skill level, yes. Like the one in your current sigspace. Ignore everyone who says your sigs are monotone, you should just develop upon the basics at first. When you get comfortable with the basic then you can start to experiment with colours.

I feel like its just me that notices that his fingers are cut off on his hand...
Any ways, good render other than the lines on his face,
But the background does NOT fit well with the render. Try to get a red and black mixture.
Also his gun is cut off.
