    It's out of your control and cant be fixed on that account. I got that before and sent a ticket to nexon, they said my account was at high risk or something and that it can't be fixed and told me to buy Game cards instead. I then used another account, never even touched the sur veys but I did buy nx with BilltoMobile, yet after the patch it happened on that account too. Bottom line: it can't be fixed.
