New Concept

So SOTW has been on pause for a while and will most likely pick up soon. Anyways as you all know Ethereal has left and he made the old badges for SOTW, he never gave me the PSD files for them so I am forced to make new ones. In my opinion they aren't as good as his but they're still something. Keep in mind these are just concept designs so everything can still be changed. I need opinions because you will be the ones getting these as a reward.

Justification for the blue color is mainly just because that is MPGH's color scheme.

I think the basic Gold/Silver/Bronz should be kept. If anyone gets the first one, he wouldn't be that happy, because it's not dignified enough.
The white text should be white everywhere, and the style of it should be like in the second one. The background is a little bit too fancy for me, I think making it with a simple linear gradient would be good enough with a curve in it.

Just opinions, no offence.

Too much white text would make it extremely boring. The colors match the gold/silver/bronze color scheme.

I'm going to make some more changes later but for now I have to go mow my lawn. lols.

Remove the exclamation mark and the text seems LQ, sharpen it!
You should also find some better font.

The third place seems alot too similar to the first. You should make a way of making the first place stand out more. I personally wouldn't want the first place tag at the moment because it's a bit simple and too similar to third place. Find a way of making each tag separate from the next.

I'm going to switch the fonts up a bit and try some different things. I may just enhance the first place one a bit and make separate ones for 2nd and 3rd.

The ones on the left were the original idea and the other ones are the more finalized ones.

On the 2nd versions the 2nd and 3rd look more appealing the the 1st place. I see this as a problem because the winner should get the best tag.
