CoD 5 : WaW issues of Gameplay

I Got big problems with WaW

I Have EveryThing "All of performents & Details, Everything is low" But Game Loading and ingame
Still lagg's
i use Game Booster and nothing

My PC Is :
intel celeron 2.80Ghz, 2.79 Ghz [No Lagg with that MW2 MW1 L4D 1 L4D2 Crysis, Portal 2,1 much more]
Ati Radeon HD 3650
Ram 512 + 612 = 1,022Mb aka 1GB

I'am using XP Home Basic SP 1.

Can anyone help make Lagg Lower and smoothly?

It depents on your operating system.
Windows 7 runs it the best!
XP laggs really bad!
I had XP and it lagged really bad too!
Now I have windows 7 and it runs really good!

1,022KB = 1.2MB.
1,022MB = 1.2GB.

@Jorndel i fixed the Lagg inGame, But loading of Video is still laggy !

i just fixed my WaW inGame Lagg with this Seta FPS Thing.
Others i don't remember.

Do you run many background applications?
Like MSN, Steam and so on?

Then you have an memory problem.

I also suggest you to use:
Advace Systemcare to clean your PC up a little.
So it take away not useful stuff.
(Temp web sites and so on)

Em, close UTorrent.
Makes your PC 10-30% slower because of downloading and seeding.

No, it does, i have downloaded already two things, nothing laggs with BitTorrent,
Still i want know why my loading is slow

If I gone watch and 1080 Hd movie.
I have to turn of Utorrent to not make it lagg.
And yes, it takes around 10-30% of your pc memory.
Seeding and downloading.

Think.
You watch a movie you seed...
Or so, make your computer work more because it have to read files and send them meenwhile you play WaW.

I also sayd try to update to SP2 or newer.

Also try to clean your computer.
(Clean disk...)

And I also said, try to clean your computer with advance systemcare.
It cleans your PC for Temp files and such.

Yeah i know you said, but i updated SP2 into "Downloaded" SP2 from microsoft, but it don't let me install SP 3 For SP2, you know how i solve that problem ?
