    Starting RSPS

    I have been wanting to make an rsps for a very long time. I have the source code and the client that I will be using.

    But setting it up and putting it online is a mystery to me :P I only am asking for help with setting it up and getting it online. I would like the name to be Unknown Pk. I will pay !
