help with attaching files to my mod

hey guys so i made this new mod but im not so sure how to attach the files for u guys to download.

here is wat i do.....
manage attachments> browse> select file> press upload> wait like for 10mins and nothing happens. and it keeps on saying uploading... please wait



am i doing something wrong?

well first of all make sure your file is packaged in a .rar file, then make sure you selected the right file. If this doesn't work, restart your comp and try again
