BloodLust Enchant Scroll

Has anyone been able to get a blood lust scroll within the past couple of days ? If yes where did you get it. Please don't restate where others have gotten it in the past. I want to know only people who have actually got yesterday or today because I don't think it's at Regrets...Too Late anymore. Played it almost 100 times with 0 blood lust.

the drop rate is REALLLY LOW...... and u probably have bad luck

Hey just wanted to drop in and leave some info: over the past 3 days of farming regrets on farm accounts... i've done it around 200 times drops so far....

oblivion- one million of these, rages, and vampires.
Ornate- 1 droped
Endless- 1 droped
bloodlust- 0 drops so far

but seeing how i've only gotten 2 rare scrolls its possible that bloodlust drops here but i just haven't gotten it yet.
i think the drop rate is very close to 1% if not less

Before I knew/took interest in/ about scrolls, I sold my bloodlust scroll to the shop for 500 gold. Stupid me.
