Runescape is down!

Hello just tryed to log on to runescape but i got to the log in bit and it says something about the port thing. but i clicked on the forum and things like that and all of the site is down pretty much it this just for me or is it every one?

WTF then every time it loads up it says this:
RuneScape was unable to connect to the update server. This is most likely caused by a firewall blocking the connection.

To resolve this:

If you have firewall or security software installed, they can often block RuneScape from accessing its servers. Please ensure that RuneScape/Java can connect to its servers on port 43594.
Note: Windows XP Service Pack 2 has built in firewall software. If, when loading RuneScape, this asks if you want to allow the connection, you need to say 'yes'.
If that doesn't help, then an external firewall may be causing the problem. Please ask your network adminstrator/ISP to open port 43594 for TCP traffic so that RuneScape and Java can run correctly.

If problems persist, please refer to the Technical FAQs, which can be found in the Customer Support section of our website.

Try rebooting your PC, might work then. Even though I have no idea what your situation is. Maybe it'll work

has this happend to any one else and how did they solve it i have restarted my computer and my router so must be one of my port shut its not my firewall.

well what you can try to fix it is

Control Panel>System security>windows firewall>allow a proggy through my firewall.

then scroll to the bottom of that and it said add another program try google crome or ie 7 ?

other than that your computer is fucked

Make sure your Antivirus is not blocking Runescape (either disable it for the time being, or add exclusions if possible) and have the most recent Java version

i have fixed it i did a system restore anyd can now get on it except i have had 39m removed from my account that is 7 years of work gone in 1 day. so i am slightly angry do you think i have any chance of getting it back.

You must've been hacked then, restoring a PC doesn't affect your Runescape account
