True and I agree, but here is where the issue lies.

In Counterstrike: Source, there is two things, first you can set your server to reject any changes, the walls or anything, or outright reject players from getting in and two, you can automaticlly set the texures that you approved.

If Nexon wasn't a bunch of money-greedy cock mongrel (and take it lightly) they would expand the power to the players than simple 'Elite mods'. This adds flexiblity and at the same times make both the company and legit players like you and and those that are 'breaking the ToS' the texture modders happier.

They should just sell dedicated servers for insane prices, it'd make more money and everyone would be happy.
