First off, make sure that you have downloaded the
Injector Pack, and you have both Winject and Stealth Injector (both found in the Injector Pack).
Try this first:
- Often, anti-virus software falsely detects injectors as viruses and either deletes them or blocks them from functioning. Try disabling your anti-virus along with all software that comes with it, and trying again.
- If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, try running the injector as administrator. To do this, right click on the injector icon and click on "Run as Administrator". This does not apply to you if you are running Windows XP.
- Try using Stealth Injector instead of Winject or vice versa. Follow the same steps- Run as Administrator, and antivirus off.
- You can also watch the fogest's video above (How to Inject a Hack into BFH) if any steps are unclear to you.
Downloads:
If the steps above do not fix your problem, you are almost certainly missing certain files needed to run most hacks. Download and install all files listed below:
DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
**RESTART COMPUTER WHEN DONE INSTALLING**
32-Bit: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
64-Bit: Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)
**RESTART COMPUTER WHEN DONE INSTALLING**
If you are still unable to get your hack working,
Download and run
Hack Dependency Checker and try to install the missing files. If you don't know what exactly you should do, or your it keeps on showing errors even after you've installed the necessary files, then please post the results in the hack release thread. DO NOT CREATE SEPARATE THREADS.
To use the Hack Dependency Checker- Run it, drag the hack dll to the Hack Dependency Window and wait for it to complete. If you are unsure about this step watch fogest's video above (How to check what files are missing with your dll).
As always, make sure that you are injecting the file into the correct process
