Suggestion towards making the scammer's disappear

Okay, so lately there has been a lot of scam reports going on in the Market Place.

I have a pretty effective way of stopping these scammer's.

There should be a requirement in order to get in the Market Place section. Such as the Selling, Buying, and Trading sections.

Here should be the requirements in order to get in,

Requirements:

1. Must HAVE a reputation bar equal to or greater then 1 red bar.
2. Must HAVE atleast 200 posts.

(I do know reputation bar's don't tell if the person is trusted or not. But it helps lower the spam threads and posts.)


Here are pictures of members with under 200 posts who have been banned due to scamming.

These scammers easily register a new account onto mpgh to scam our members. This suggestion could lower the count of scammers by 50%, because the scammer would not want to waste his/her time posting on our forums just to reach 200 posts and scam someone.

Just because have a lower/negative Reputation points, doesn't mean he is a potential scammer, he might have it for another reasons.
And about the posts, I would say a big part of users have less than 200 posts, so the section would be dead practically.

A big part of users have less than 200 posts because a big part scam. I would rather have the Market Place section only active when someone need's an account then have it full of scammers.

200 posts would kill the section, there is an elite section for this reason.

Scammers comes and goes. Always deal with a middleman during a trade especially if they are low post count users. That's why we have a middleman.

I did a check on mostly all the scammer threads in the Scammers Grave and found about half of the people banned for scamming had under 200 posts.

Right, most scammers have a post count less than 200... doesn't mean we should prevent all the legit traders under 200 posts from trading. All anyone really has to do to get access to the section is post 200 times, which can easily be done in a day.

We aren't preventing the legit traders from trading. Many legit trader's have over 500 posts. We are basically trying to stop the people who join our site just to scam.

You can reach 200 post's in one day, but many scammers would not want to waste there time posting on our forums just to reach 200 posts. I did a check in the Scammers Grave and found 3 scammers with less then 200 posts in under 5 minutes.

And we have legit trader with less than 200 posts, you can check for them too. You need to understand is impossible we control who are scammers or not just checking their post count. And like said before, the section would die.

I did a check on those members and found 4 out of those 6 members had post counts under 200.
