    rep wasn't used as much as it was in 2009. Since the repfags, the distribution was off the legit track.
    Do know, rep4repping is.a 3 day ban, repeated offenders will have a longer ban, possible reset.
    Alen states he got a lot because people rep him asking for rep, meaning hes not at fault.
