Dude you're so fucking retarded.... the folder he uploaded is called PBClient and inside is minecraft.jar but has been edited and the client has been put in and you put it in the .minecraft/bin folder and it overwrites the original minecraft.jar because they have the same name. Don't call him stupid if YOU don't know how it works.

Open the .zip folder and there will be a file called minecraft. Press windows+r then type in %appdata%. Go into .minecraft then bin and then drag and drop the file in the .zip folder into the bin folder and it will overwrite the original minecraft file.
