a lesson learned !!
read the whole tut before following it
i just looked at outcome and looked really awesome
but at the end it was just layer masks and brushes to fix it up to make it look good
so meh wasted time..
maybe mine is different cuz i sued an anime render and his was a real person
so who knows

outer glow got left behind the layer..
and i didn't lasso out the whole layer mask out right
and over used the brushes
hehehe..
i will remake sometime tomorrow..
