Is this a virus - Help

My brother downloaded Wizard 101 and never played it. I'm not interested in it, so I go to uninstall it... but it won't uninstall.
I don't know what it is, any help? (I uploaded a pic)

The game itself isn't a virus. Try closing all processes related to the game and try uninstalling again. Reboot if that doesn't work.

I've tried multiple things plus that. Should I try re-downloading then uninstall? (If possible).

we all know that by "my brother" you mean "me"
OT: you might want to close all processes relating to the game, then try to uninstall
and if it still isnt working then just to be safe, to see if you have any RAT's open up cmd
type in "netstat -ano" (no quotes)
and then look if you have any outbound connections
then open up task manager and sort all of the process's by PID
i f you see any suspicious process's then open their file location, check it out, and end the process.

It could have a stealer or rat binded to the .exe but i dont think you should worry, where did you get the program from?

OK I'm new to that 'netstat -ano' search for outbound connections. So how can I tell they're outbound?
And I currently don't see any suspicious process's.
