Okay, first off, it has no permanent weapons. It only has permanent gear (which isn't all that great). Its NEVER been hacked on. It has a KDR of 1.15 (I've seen better, WAY better.). It currently has 3 90 day weapons, a 200%EXP + 20%GP pass. I'm going to make this a "name your price" deal. Then from there we negotiate.
