my first attempt at anything with photo editing. so be nice...

I first took the image and used google to find blur settings, and blurred it. then applied motion blur. then i placed the image again and put it in position i liked. applied 100% color dodge, cloned layer. then set that layer to multiply 76%. then played with blur some more. then applied dust & scratches distortion. its nothing really fancy honestly aslong as it looks nice i guess.

harsh critique is best critique, thanks. my classes are a week in but nothing useful yet honestly. I used what was taught so far in doing that. I will look up TuTs though, and yes of course its novice!
