Not really and I will give you a good example, lets say you got a 100 dollar bill. And you see a snack machine, the snack machine is the magical snack machine, it got all of your favorite soft drinks and snacks. You stick that money into the machine and it doesn't give you changes, it gives you bills. You spend around 25 dollars worth of goodies and then you wanted more.. but the machine rejected your money! Evil fucking machine! So what do you? You'll most likely go someplace else to spend the rest of your money on food, games, etc.
