    Ok turn off the modem for about 15 min and check IP if not changed turn it off when u go to bed tonight and check it in the morning , Some isp assign new ip's after modem reboot or 15 min 3 hrs or more .if you are on verizon i fios i know for sure its 3 hrs before it can assign new ip .

    My IP Changes, but my XUID dont. I have a diferent IP every day but i still banned.
