I recently got the screen where it says I was suspended for something. I checked the website and it didn't say suspended or dishonorable discharge. So I was thinking, what happens if this occurs? I already submitted a ticket so if anyone knows anything about this, please inform me. I am legit and do not hack, glitch, harass, etc. Thanks.

Guess you were reported probably several times. It can be for anything, even hacks, if some noobs raged and thought you were hacking, even though you're not. I guess you can keep trying to log in, contact Nexon or just wait it out.

What's a Mac address ban LOL, no really have you hacked previously? In which case you may have been perma banned from that computer.
