How to create a system restore?
first just go to you start menu and search for "system restore" and click it
press next
and hopefully you will see a few dates. and that tells you your computer automatically creates restore points for you (by default you computer should, unless you changed the settings)
so you don't need to worry.
This made my ping go from 200-250 to 150-200

Thanks bro, I'm always in the 30's or under, but sometimes I spike up to 90's :/ This helped me stop the spikes, and even lowered me to 15's

Well I am living in China and playing games with their plastic Internet. It lowers my ping to about 300ms which is not so good but thanks anyway. Will VPN with U.S. server lower my ping also?
