    I.P Changer..

    Anyone have a simple IP changer, that changes your IP to an American one, i really wan't to play C.A but Joes IP Changer wont work for me Please. Much Respect will be given.

    You can turn off your router for a while to get an ip change or do the ipconfig /release in 'cmd' and shutting down your computer. That's how you change your ip but I believe you will not be able to play CA
