Failed to Connect to Verification Server? :(

Anyways I'm not sure I got banned or not, but it seems everytime I try to login to Combat arms all it does is say. Failed to Login to Verification Server. Anyone know what that means?

11/3 Player Abuse Announcement Attention, Soldiers!



As some of you may have noticed, during our maintenance on 11/2, we conducted a mass ban of accounts that have been shown to have engaged in hacking and hack usage activity. Tens of thousands of accounts were identified and dealt with accordingly. As mentioned in a previous post, we have taken great pains to ensure that we are absolutely positive of abusive activity on an account before taking action, hence the delay in large-scale punishments against abusers.



NOTE: Due to technical issues during the Daylight Savings maintenance on 11/2, not all punishments were carried out completely (banned and demoted, per the Dishonorable Discharge punishment for hackers); some accounts were merely demoted. This will be corrected today.



To clarify, accounts were banned and demoted for one of the following reasons:

· You were logged by HackShield for multiple hack usages or hack attempts.

· Your account showed a combination of abnormal game statistics – the most obvious of these being an inordinately high Kill/Death ratio.

· You were spectated and logged for hack activity by an in-game GM.



We will continue to narrow our search to catch more hackers and abusers, and will continue to conduct more bans and demotions for other accounts that have been logged for activity that violates the Nexon EULA.



The big guns are firing now, and this is just the first barrage.

Combat arms dosent IP ban they only ban accounts and besides if they do just make a new one but right now its just maintnace well adios amigos

I know dey cant banned IPs. They banned r accounts so we have 2 make new 1 and start all over aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

i get an error code = -2, 10060 is this normal cause i am pretty sure that -1 means u got banned

No it doesn't... but... i get this too... and there was server maintenance... fCombat Arms will be going through unscheduled server maintenance on Wednesday, November 4th, 2008 at 9:50am PDT to resolve a server emergency.

This server maintenance will last for approximately 2 hours.
