You need like 40 more posts before you can request a usertitle. You have to hit your 1337 ban before you can have picturetitles.

its 500 posts for text title. I got mine at 700.

A minimun of 1,337 posts are required for image usertitles.

Image usertitles may not be bigger than 190px Wide X 70px Height
