CSM 3 to Major 2?

Im thinking about ranking to Major 2 before i start College so i can get Perm Elite Mod, but is it possible to rank from CSM 3 to Major 2 before August 4th?

Im Thinking of doing non stop Fireteam and Spy Hunt and try to reach that rank but i need to know first is it possible? cuz i do have a Total of 234 EXP/GP Passes from the 3rd Anniversary. Plus 502 100% EXP Passes from Crates.
