He might have no spread on his snipers, or he gets really lucky since he never missed a shot unless the person got out of the way faster then he could click a button

I think he is legit. No visible hacks. The not on shooting is from a quickscope technique i personally use. Its called qs drag. You shoot and rapidly drag your mouse over the person to one side. Increases the chance of hit. My take=legit.
