Just record yourself getting booted a load of times while playing legit and send it in. Highly doubt they'd take any action though, so you're better off getting a name change or just use hacks in games where people can't vote - OMA, LMS etc..

People judge by names?
Today I was playing Quaratine in Overdose, got a few kills, then the high rankers immediately votes me and go F5 and they go BlackCipher is a hack. Then I was like how, they were like you're in a hacking clan, my clan wasn't even popular and not even CBL dirty.
This just didn't happen once, I've been in couple of rooms where the Voter/Elite/Moderator votes me off straight away and I didn't even get to play/move/do anything.
CA is pretty sad now judging people by names.

That's why I use an ingame name people love. It's sexual yet not too sexual, and I get to hear "gangsta's" yell my name out in chat when I kill them. It's hilarious. You just need to find the right name.
Take screenshots and videos of you getting booted a lot, send it in to Nexon and request a free name change. They may do it.
