    6 am - Have a jog for 30 minutes
    6:30am - 50 Situps, 25 - 50 Pushups, 25 chin ups.

    Start eating healthy and less.

    6- 7 am Eat Cereal or fruit.
    Lunch have a healthy meal with a mini snack or fruit
    Dinner healthy meal
    Supper fruits.

    Yea but i know this kid who looks fat, but is strong as hell.
    Its better to let the fat burn off of you in the process because most of the fat isnt going to be turned into muscle anyway.
