How to edit CF Login Screen (Video)

Hmm, First i was making it and when u use " Erase tool" for my it wasn't green , does it need to be green?
And when i save it ,i'm trying to open it and it won't open i mean it want but it show me this, " There was unspecified error while opening this file " huh?

Help?

U must duplicate layer of CF and delete layer what is locked.Sow it wont be green.
For me it wasnt any error.
