Whenever i play ca or any games
It plays like windowed mode BUT it has black bars in the left and right T_______________T
how do i play it full screen?

Try running the game directly from combat arms folder as administrator. Or add the CA .exe files into DEP.

Why would you need to add it to DEP?
DEP is for program crashing.
