[Problem]Mpgh Pub Hack V1.05

I already downloaded the new pub hack. I put in my mpgh settings in the required file(settings.ini).
Here's the part I get confused on:
I run MCAPUBHACK.exe. A pop-up comes up and I click ok. Then a internet explorer window comes up and takes me to mpgh.net.
I start combat arms RIGHT AFTER I click ok on the pop up.
It then says cannot inject dll. I've tried numerous times (20~30 times because I'm desperate) and it still ends up saying cannot inject dll.

1.Am I supposed to wait for the mpgh.net page to fully load after I press ok on the pop up?
2.Am I supposed to rename the settings file?
3.Am I required to put the MCAPUBHACK.exe and .dll in the combat arms folder?
4.Should I change ANY TEXT in the settings file?

best you can do is..... wait for hackshield to load.while it loading quicky press ok

or just leave it and edit the settings then run the hack?

if you all are having the same problem, try using irc and talk to the others on what could have possibly went wrong, or get vip to avoid having to worry about this.
