You can run it but not on full settings.Get a better graphics card in it. Would probably give about 40-50 fps with the current specifications

It's retail.
That means he have to buy another one and place it in.
You don't know what motherboard he has.
The good graphics card are PCiE and that motherboard might not have that slot.

My computer is 3 years old and is waaaaaaaaaayyy better than yours.

With no video card I get up to 60 fps.

I suggest you to get a better one if you want good gameplay

It should be able to run, I'm a bit worried about the shitty integrated graphics but it should be enough. Use Can You Run It? to confirm.
