You shouldn't judge people like that. Just because you take hours of tiring patience and time to write a complete news manifestation on MPGH, does not make you more "qualified." Yes you do and still are making wonderful articles worked on by the newsteam which is outstanding, but don't forget that we're all equal in this case, no one is lower, and no one is higher. Remember that everyone has a chance.

And as for the topic starter, good luck. There are many people who have applied, and are hoping to fill and get the position. A lot of people including you, in my eyes, would fill in the position. But there are only just those little few that can get the position and hope for the best.
