Golden .44 Magnum

Hey Community,

I'm not sure whether a release like this is already made but anyway I'm sharing my golden .44 Magnum with you.

It looks great and I love playing with it. Though the screenshot doesn't look bad, ingame it looks even better.



INSTALL:
Navigate to your Modern Warfare 2 Folder (eg. 'C:\Programs\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\main\) and create a backup file of 'iw_11.iwd'.
Now open the original 'iw_11.iwd' (it is an archive, so use WinRAR or something like that) and drag the downloaded '~weapon_colt_anaconda_44_spec~9e825182.iwi' in the 'iw_11.iwd' archive.
After that, close 'iw_11.iwd' and start MW2 and have fun!

If the game crashes or something does not work, use your backup to replace the modded 'iw_11.iwd' and everything should be fine.

This is my first mod and my first release, so please don't kill me if I'm doing something wrong or my release does not please you.
Also I'm not 100% sure it was the right file I uploaded as I'm a little messy on my PC and there were like 5 files possible. Please report if you can't play public matches or something like that.

I would be happy about feedbacks to improve my skills. Also I would like to hear your opinions about my idea of a golden tactical/throwing knife. It already looks kinda great but I wonder whether a golden knife isn't a little odd.

Please don't kill me because of my english skills as I'm not a native speaker.

Well it looks like brass a little on the screenshots, but they are taken in the sunlight of afghan and the picture taken in the shadow looks like real gold though. On other maps it looks great. However that's my opinion and ofc there is way enough to improve this mod.

Also, who would use an expensive gold gun if he's dying as often as I am.
