I just got suspended for 7days for doing this an hour ago. Just a heads up.
Important rules for all the idiots:
1st rules of spelling. Don't fuck with the ORIGINAL.
There're three things I refuse to tolerate: cowardice, bad haircuts, and millitary insurrection.

You don't need to power lvl in qr to get good exp. I play regular and get like 3k each match.
