Internet doesn't affect FPS, only Ping.

it depends on other things too. graphics card, mother board, ram speed. different things, you can't guess just with these specs. but jsut because it says pentium im going to say around 30-40

This guy has a pentium 4 which is the OLDEST Processor Ever. and only has 1 core .you need a Good CPU to go with the GPU or it will decrease your fps

unless you had a BEAST graphics card like a Gtx 580 you wouldn't get over 200 I have a pentium 4 3.20 ghz and a ati 4650 and i only get 90 = 150 ( now if i had like a dual core i would get ALOT more) Because My CPU is bottlenecking my graphics card. if i was you id through it away and Buy a intel i7

yes pentium grants 15-45..
