Ok this is what I did:
1. Open MPGH Pub 1.05
2. Start Combat arms
3. In-game I alt tab then opened CE 5.14 and attached Engine.exe
5. I followed your guide but I set my hotkey as Alt + 2
6. I went back to game.. pressed the hotkey but nothing happened
WHat did I do wrong?

first run ca with bypass attach to engine.exe and then follow my guide and set hotkey so that in game u press it and ur HP Regenerates

Doesnt work I did what exactly you said but when I press the hotkey nothing happens and when I alt tab the value says "???"

if it worked for dragon then u did somthing wrong

dont pick alt 2 you use number 2 in game to switch wepons -.-
