your guns will dissapear you will have only the s24(without scope) , the mp5 and the g3a3 !!
do as many mission as u can and then relog and ur weapons will be back

it doesen't work for me but for my neighbour worked !!!
i saw it with my own eyes (he had no more weapons , no armor, no S/D, nothing )
BUT I CAN'T GET IT WORK !!
SO:
1 log in
2 start
3 exit
4 logout
5 login(again)
6 start(again)??
many times ???!!

good question !! ,and by "When the loading screen get's stuck/really slow" what loading screen do u mean ?? signup's, reactor's or AvA's reloading screen ??!!

Too bad it'll be 4 A.M. here so I couldn't possibly do it Who's on AVA at 4 in the morning? I live in the united states lol. So this glitch only works when all us americans are asleep?
