... if your name is the same as in a "hacksite" for A.V.A and your IGN/forum name is the same, and the GM`s see that you get instant ban, obviously you dont hang out at the forums that much huh? there are thousands of threads about that, and from my own experience i have been banned twice for being part of A.V.A hacking community. Even if you dont get banned ANYMORE for that, you still will get ban since all the NOOBS in A.V.A who you kill call you a hacker.

If you have a bit of luck, your a hacker.
If you know how to look at your GPS to find out enemy positions, your a hacker.
If you kill someone with a 1 shot kill from para(which is 90%),ak anything else thats strong, your an hacker.
If you jump and avoid bullets when your shot at and than kill the guy, your an hacker.
If you have good reactions, your a hacker.
