[Suggestion] Trusted Level

I figured we could use the current Reputation System for 'Trusted Levels', a small explanation can be found below.
This is just a small idea I came up with, and I am aware this won't implemented before fully upgrading to VB4, please tell me what you think about it though.

Adding another line of Reputation Bars to serve as 'Trusted Level' (if that's possible to do, and if we are keeping these bars or similar ones)

How would this work:
Having a working Vouch Plugin for VB4, which would update the 'Trusted Level' regularly and base the # of bars on the valid Vouches collected.
- Blacklisted members will be set to a negative 'Trusted Level',
- Staff Members could be set to atleast 2 at their promotion (depending on Staff Position).

This actually isn't a half bad idea. Also, if someone proves themselves trustworthy to dave he could manually change the trust level, allowing people to start off in the market much more easily while cracking down on the amount of possible scammers.

I doubt Dave would manually increase one's Trust Level without being a 100% sure of him/her being trustworthy

True, but hey if he did decide to raise ones trust level everyone would DEFINITELY know that person is trustworthy.

I also agree with Leaf, the credibility bar sounds like another great idea. It would allow noobs to tell who is a troll and who isn't, considering there is an overabundance of trolling in sections that should not have it. Great idea!

I totally agree with you and Leaf, the 'Credibility Level' would show the members who are reliable to ask for help and releases

A 'Credibility Level' would sound great to me, so there's more of an 'overall score' instead of just having one for the marketplace.
This would probably be based on your number of thanks and thanked/posts ratio, having a high 'Credibility Level' could grant auto-approval for example

That sounds great indeed, every member should be able to outshine in one of the X bars, the more the better!

A Vouch Plugin would work for VB4, and faking your vouches would result in a permanent ban/Trusted reset?

What could be done possibly, is have Market staff who are Middlemen, and the only way to get your trust bar up is to use these staff, and when transactions go off without any problems at all (0 problems, even if one person fucks up no one gets any vouch reputation), then the Market staff awards both people a Vouch?

It's better to have a Vouch Plugin instead I guess, since this would turn out too complicated on long-term.
If a vouch sounds fishy middlemen could check it.

Very true, I mean it would be time consuming, but I know on a certain runescape botting forum that people abuse the vouch plugin they have, people make multiple accounts with proxies just to give themselves rep all of the time.
